Harmon ships orders Monday - Friday except holidays. We currently offer three shipping options within the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico). We are no longer able to ship to these three locations:

**We reserve the right to place limitations on our shipping policy for certain overweight orders. In those cases, you will receive an e-mail requesting approval prior to shipment for the actual shipping cost.
For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Two Day and One Day ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table above.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling
866-HARMON-1(866-427-6661). Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
Please be advised that some items such as aerosols, aerosol inhalers, and flammable, volatile, or corrosive materials (e.g. rubbing alcohol, astringents, fragrances, nail polish, and nail polish remover), cannot ship by air because they have the potential to interfere with flight safety. They must ship ground via Standard delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPOs, or US territory addresses.
All other international shipments - Harmon has partnered with Access USA to help facilitate shipping to our international customers. Access USA is an international mail fowarder that can provide you with a private U.S. street address to receive mail and merchandise. Access USA consolidates your orders and ensures proper delivery to your international address.
